Self Development Reflective Practice Program
This series of online CPD Study Sessions is a combination of seminars and workshops. They shine the spotlight on those ‘topics’ which arise most frequently in supervisory conversations. For example, developing leadership, time management, emotional resilience at work. This is CPD for your Self Development/Reflective Practice.
The study sessions consist of presentation of theory, group discussions and practical pauses:
Seminars have more focus on group discussion following the presentation
Workshops involve presentation of ideas throughout the session with practical pauses/discussion.
Both give opportunities for participants to discuss and reflect on background theory, plus networking and sharing insights in group discussion. The Workshops are slightly longer.
Cost:
Seminars – £30 per person.
Workshops – £45 per person
Upcoming CPD Study Sessions:
These are usually held monthly and last between 1½ to 2 hours for seminars and 2½ to 3 hours for workshops.
